Set up the owner account

Setup starts on the device running PopcornFlow, not from a public sign-up form.

1. Open a terminal in the app’s project folder on that device.
2. Run pnpm setup-owner.
3. Open the protected link printed in the terminal, then choose your name, email, and password.

The link expires and can only be used once. Keep it private: whoever uses it can claim the existing unowned boards and administer this workspace.

If it expires before you use it, run the command again to replace it. Setup cannot be repeated after the first administrator is created.
